They have a buttery shortbread crust filled with a luscious blend of maple syrup, fragrant orange blossom water, spices, crunchy walnuts, and pistachios. Topped with a sumptuous honey drizzle and a delicate touch of flaky sea salt and dried rose buds.

I'm Nina, a California native daughter, and I'm on a special journey. Eleven years ago, I received a life-changing kidney transplant from my oldest brother. This incredible experience has been a driving force behind my mission to provide delicious, inclusive products for people with severe dietary restrictions. I'm determined to offer options for everyone, especially those with specific diets, so that they can experience the taste of home just like I have.
In 2023, I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America's Accelerated Culinary Arts Program, and now, I'm embarking on my exciting journey in Napa Valley. Here, I'm introducing a delectable range of gluten-free baked goods that reflect the diverse influences in my life.
My creations draw inspiration from my Palestinian, Italian, and Maltese heritage. Growing up in San Francisco's vibrant Little Hollywood Neighborhood, I was surrounded by a rich tapestry of flavors and culinary traditions. My assortment of cookies, bars, and date bites is a harmonious fusion of these influences. Each product is crafted with meticulous attention, and it's truly a labor of love. I use only premium ingredients to deliver a palatable authenticity that's reminiscent of cherished memories from my childhood.

Little Hollywood holds a deeply sentimental significance for founder/owner, Nina, encompassing cherished memories and a strong bond. This moniker pays tribute to a lesser-known, charming enclave within San Francisco, inspired by the architectural elegance of the 1920s and 1930s, reminiscent of Hollywood Hills' glamour. The owner's personal history is intertwined with this neighborhood, where they grew up and their family flourished for over 60 years. Local lore even hints at Mae West, an old Hollywood star, owning a retreat named "Casa Bahia Loma" here. The name "Little Hollywood" stands as a sincere tribute to the owner's family neighborhood – a place where cherished moments, laughter, and lasting connections were nurtured around dinner tables laden with food and community.
